Why did you apply for an internship in Novo Nordisk?
First of all, the position as HR Analytical Intern sounded both challenging and interesting. I’m an economist and I love to analyse data. This position allowed me to do exactly this – and in addition it was within an area which is developing rapidly at the moment – companies all over Denmark are developing HR Analytical Centres of Excellence, and Novo Nordisk is a front runner. This provided me with a unique possibility of contributing to the development within this field. It also appealed to me that Novo Nordisk makes a huge difference for the lives of people all around the world. To me this made Novo Nordisk a preferred choice.
Did you do something in particular to make your application stand out?
For the application process I made sure to stress those assets about myself that endorsed a unique and dynamic personality as well as an adventurous attitude instead of only emphasizing the more common and somewhat dull qualifications that every applicant possesses.
