What’s it about?

In Novo Nordisk, Finance focuses on driving competitive value creation. This means transforming numbers into more than reporting, controlling and accounting and creating a solid platform for value adding finance business partnering. Managing resource allocation, identifying business opportunities, making challenging decisions, and handling risks proactively are just a few of our activities. We support the organisation by serving our customers, optimising global processes and communicating effectively with our stakeholders. The European Finance graduate programme has been designed to develop top talents to become future leaders within this area.

During the 2-year programme you will undertake rotations in our European regional headquarters in Denmark, in one of our large sales affiliates in Europe and in a Novo Nordisk corporate headquarter function in Denmark. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn competencies relevant to the rotation.
